Refund policy

At Cactus Fruit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please email us at support@cactusfruit.store with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Whether you'd prefer a refund or an exchange (if applicable)

We aim to respond to all return inquiries within 24-48 hours.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging.
  • Made-to-order items (like custom prints) are NOT eligible for returns unless faulty or not as described.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will be for the cost of the item(s) only. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Exchanges

  • While we do not offer direct exchanges, we want to make the process as smooth as possible for you. The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to place a new order once your return has been approved. This ensures you get the right product in the right size or design without delay.
  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method for the item(s) you returned. Please reach out to us if you need assistance with the exchange process!

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If your item is faulty or incorrect, please email us at support@cactusfruit.store with photos of the issue. We will provide return instructions and may cover return shipping costs for faulty items.

Statutory Rights

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
