All Cactus Fruit items are made to order, which means we only start production once you place your order — keeping things sustainable and intentional 🌱. Please note that production times may occasionally vary during peak seasons (e.g., holidays). We appreciate your patience!

📦 Production Time

Please allow 2 business days for your item to be made before it's shipped.

🚚 Shipping Times (Standard Shipping)

Once your item has been created, delivery times are as follows:

  • USA: 2 – 5 business days
  • Canada: 10 – 30 business days
  • Australia: 10 – 30 business days
  • Europe: 10 – 30 business days
  • Rest of World: 10 – 30 business days

These are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local carrier performance. Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors like weather or customs processing.

📦 Split Shipments

Because all Cactus Fruit items are made to order and fulfilled by different production partners, your order may arrive in multiple packages. Each item is shipped as soon as it's ready, so you may receive items on different days even if ordered together.

Don’t worry — you’ll receive separate tracking details for each shipment.

🛃 VAT, Customs & Import Fees (Outside of the USA)

Please note: While most Cactus Fruit items are currently printed and shipped from the United States, some items may be fulfilled from the UK, EU, or other regions, depending on availability and destination. This helps reduce shipping time and emissions — but it also means that customs fees may vary depending on where your order ships from and where it’s going.

We do not collect VAT or import duties at checkout. For international customers (including the UK and EU), local customs authorities may apply VAT or handling fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the checkout price.

As a small UK-based business and not currently VAT registered, UK customers may be charged 20% VAT and a small Royal Mail handling fee before receiving their order.

We aim to be fully transparent about this process and appreciate your understanding.

Important: Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for the most accurate info before placing an order.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

  • Orders under £135 are typically not subject to customs duties, though VAT may apply. 
  • Orders over £135 may be charged import VAT and a handling fee by the courier.

🇪🇺 European Union

  • Orders under €150 are usually duty-free, but VAT may still be applied at the local rate. 
  • Orders over €150 may incur both VAT and customs duties.

🇨🇦 Canada

  • Import duties and taxes can be applied, based on the value of your order. Carriers may also charge handling or processing fees.

🇦🇺 Australia

  • Orders under AUD $1,000 are generally duty-free, but GST (10%) may apply.
  • Higher-value orders may be subject to customs clearance and import fees.

🌍 Rest of World

  • Customs rules differ by country. Orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or clearance fees. Please check with your local customs office for details.

🌍 Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If your package still hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, please feel free to contact us at support@cactusfruit.store, and we’ll be happy to help.
